MASSAGE

Shauna Dutton has been licensed and practicing massage therapy for 20+ years, offering a variety of services, primarily standard table massage. Add on hot stones, full hot stone therapy, or Ashiatsu barefoot massage.

GROUP FITNESS & ACTIVITIES

Group fitness and activities offer a variety of workouts to choose from, such as circuit training, spin class, or kick-boxing. It's a great way to try something new or mix up your usual routine.
